GAN Pyraminx M Core Positioning Standard — a lightweight magnetic Pyraminx with magnetic core

GAN Pyraminx M in the Core Positioning Standard version is a lightweight (about 64 g) magnetic Pyraminx with a magnetic core positioning system and the classic GAN honeycomb pattern on the internal surfaces.
It is designed for fast but controlled solves: magnets in the core and edges help the layers align by themselves, while the matte stickerless plastic provides a comfortable grip.

Turning feel

GAN Pyraminx M is known for its very light and smooth turning:

• thanks to the low weight, the puzzle practically “flies” on finger tricks, moves require very little effort;
• the honeycomb internal surface softens the feel, holds lube better and gives a characteristic “buttery” but not sluggish sensation;
• magnetic core positioning helps the layers snap cleanly into place, reducing overspins and small mistakes.

In terms of feel, this is a fast but fairly soft and controllable Pyraminx — not “blocky” or overly harsh.

Magnets and adjustment

• For an absolute beginner who has never used a speed puzzle, the lightness and speed of GAN Pyraminx M may initially feel a bit “too sharp” — in some cases it makes sense to start with a simpler, slower training Pyraminx and only then move up to a flagship GAN.
