Shape Shifters are cube mods that lose their regular cubic shape when you turn them: Mirror Cubes, Axis Cubes, Fisher Cubes, Windmill Cubes, X Cubes and others.
They turn like a normal 3×3 (or its variants), but the uneven shapes and piece sizes scramble the puzzle into crazy forms, making recognition and solving more challenging.
These puzzles are not official WCA events and are meant mainly for collections, fun and developing spatial thinking.
