Delivery Information
Slagalica.me operates as an online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer support is available on every business day from 9:00 to 18:00.
Business days are all days except Sundays and public holidays in Montenegro.
1. Delivery area
At the moment, we deliver exclusively within Montenegro.
2. Delivery methods
When placing an order, you can choose one of the following delivery methods:
2.1. Post Express (Post of Montenegro) – delivery to your address
The delivery time is the next business day after dispatch. The courier collects orders that are completed by on a business day and delivers them on the next business day. Orders created after will be collected and dispatched on the next business day.
For an order to be completed, it must be prepaid (by card or online banking), or you must select cash on delivery (to the courier) at checkout.
If you pay by bank transfer, to speed up processing you may send the payment confirmation to: info@slagalica.me.
2.2. Regular mail (Post of Montenegro) – delivery to your address
The delivery time is up to 3 business days after dispatch. We ship daily the orders that are completed by of the current business day. Orders created after are shipped on the next business day.
For an order to be completed, it must be prepaid (by card or online banking), or you must select cash on delivery (to the postman) at checkout.
If you pay by bank transfer, to speed up processing you may send the payment confirmation to: info@slagalica.me.
2.3. In-person pickup (prior notice required)
In-person pickup from our warehouse is available. When placing an order, select the
In-person pickup
option. Payment is possible by card, bank transfer, or cash upon pickup
(if the option is available in the cart).
Pickup address: 85323, Marina Village, Luštica Bay, Radovići, Tivat, Montenegro.
Warehouse working hours: every business day from 9:00 to 18:00.

2.4. Store courier service (Tivat and Kotor)
- For orders with a delivery address in the Municipality of Kotor: delivery by the slagalica.me store courier service on Tuesdays and Thursdays (business days).
- For orders with a delivery address in the Municipality of Tivat: delivery by the slagalica.me store courier service on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (business days).
3. Delivery prices
Delivery price depends on the selected option and the order value. Free delivery applies to orders over €90.
