QiYi 133 Cuboid — super-flat 1×3×3 cuboid for a first taste of shape changing

The QiYi 133 Cuboid is a very simple yet unusual 1×3×3 cuboid. It’s basically a single flat layer of a regular 3×3 that can both turn like a tiny cube and do some light shape-shifting (super floppy).

Great as a “feel the shape” toy and a small fidget in your collection.

Who is it for

• kids ~7–8+ who have seen a normal cube and want something easier but different;
• adults who want a small pocket fidget twisty puzzle;
• cuboid collectors who want the classic 1×3×3 from QiYi.

Turning feel

• turns are light and smooth, with minimal catching;
• thanks to the flat form factor it’s very comfortable as a one-handed fidget;
• has some super-floppy behaviour: certain turns make the layers slide and change the overall shape.

Construction & comparison

• form factor: 1×3×3, very thin, flat cuboid;
• much easier than the QiYi 123 and definitely simpler than the 223/233 — more of a “fun toy” than a serious challenge;
