Snakes facts and solving instructions
Rubik's Snake is a puzzle created by Ernő Rubik, consisting of 24 hinged prisms connected in a rectangular cross-section.
The task is to assemble various geometric shapes, animals, and other associative objects. This puzzle greatly enhances spatial thinking.
In the early 1980s, Rubik's Snake gained significant popularity and remains one of the "bestsellers" among mechanical puzzles, comparable in popularity to the Rubik's Cube.
In addition to the standard 24-segment Rubik's Snake with a square cross-section, there are variations with 36, 48, 60, 72, 108, and 144 segments, as well as with a circular cross-section and segments in the shape of symbolic figures like hearts. There are also various color schemes, often two-colored, but also multicolored variations.
This puzzle allows you to assemble more than a hundred two-dimensional and three-dimensional figures. There are formulas (algorithms) that describe the process of assembling figures from Rubik's Snake.
